With more than a decade of experience guiding others toward greater balance, vitality, and self-connection, Noelia brings a rare combination of scientific understanding, intuitive insight, and heart-centred care to every class she teaches.
Holding a Master’s degree in Recreation and Parks Management from Frostburg State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from University of Puerto Rico, Noelia’s professional journey has always been rooted in empowering others through health, movement, and holistic wellbeing. As a Certified Recreation and Parks Professional (CPRP), she has dedicated much of her career to helping people improve quality of life, mobility, confidence, and independence — particularly within senior communities.
Her extensive qualifications include NASM Personal Trainer, Stretching and Flexibility Coach, Wellness Coach, and Group Fitness Instructor, alongside specialist training in women’s fitness, stress reduction, Pilates, Yo-Chi, and Zumba. Yet beyond qualifications alone, it is her warmth, intuition, and deeply nurturing presence that truly set her apart as a teacher.
As a Kinetic Chain Release™ (KCR) Practitioner and Trainer, Reiki Master, Angelic Reiki Master Teacher, and Animal Reiki Practitioner, Noelia supports profound physical and energetic transformation.
