KCR Trainer

Meet Liz — a highly respected therapist and educator whose life’s work has been devoted to healing, rehabilitation, and compassionate care for both people and animals. With more than 35 years of hands-on experience in soft tissue therapy and animal wellbeing, Liz brings extraordinary depth of knowledge, wisdom, and heart to every class she teaches.

Her journey began in veterinary nursing, a career that took her across the UK and Australia, working within a wide variety of veterinary practices and developing a profound understanding of animal health, recovery, and wellbeing. This early foundation ignited a lifelong passion for therapeutic care and rehabilitation.

In 2005, Liz further expanded her expertise by qualifying as an Animal Physiotherapist, going on to establish and run her own successful practice in Somerset for more than two decades. Over the years, she has earned a reputation for achieving exceptional results through a calm, intuitive, and deeply compassionate approach. Her work is trusted not only by the animals she treats, but also by the people who care for and love them.

Alongside her clinical practice, Liz discovered a true passion for teaching and mentoring others. She currently teaches Animal Physiotherapy for TCAP, as well as Canine and Equine Massage for Merishia and the IAAT Animal Massage programme. Through her teaching, she has helped guide and inspire countless therapists entering the rewarding world of animal rehabilitation and bodywork.

Liz describes her first experience of Kinetic Chain Release™ (KCR) as truly transformational:

“After receiving my first treatment in KCR I felt taller, lighter and motivated.”

That moment became a catalyst for change. Inspired by the profound impact KCR had on her own body and wellbeing, Liz committed herself fully to the KCR Pathway to Bodywork Mastery — embracing not only the techniques themselves, but the deeper philosophy of restoring balance, alignment, and human connection through touch.

Today, as a passionate Kinetic Chain Release™ (KCR) Trainer, Liz combines decades of therapeutic expertise with a warm, encouraging, and empowering teaching style that helps students grow in both confidence and capability. Her classes are supportive, inspiring, and deeply practical — designed not simply to teach a protocol, but to help practitioners transform the lives of those they work with.

For Liz, the mission remains beautifully simple: to help others experience the same sense of freedom, balance, and possibility that KCR awakened within her — and to empower practitioners to carry that transformation forward into the world.
