Since beginning her bodywork journey in Edinburgh in 2015, this therapist and educator has developed a strong passion for helping people relieve pain, restore balance, and reconnect with their bodies through fascia-focused therapy and Kinetic Chain Release™ (KCR). Originally trained in Holistic Therapeutic Massage, she later became a Teaching Assistant at the School of Holistic Therapy, supporting and inspiring students for many years.
A major influence in her professional development has been the work of Hugh Gilbert, creator of Kinetic Chain Release™ (KCR). Since qualifying as an accredited KCR practitioner in 2018, she has continued extensively along the KCR Academy pathway, completing advanced studies in Connective Tissue Release (CTR), Women’s Health™, and Postural Energetics™. Her work is especially focused on posture, fascia, chronic pain patterns, and upper-body rehabilitation including the neck, jaw (TMJ), face, and shoulders.
Alongside her KCR training, she has pursued specialist education in facial therapy, myofascial techniques, aesthetic osteopathy principles, and advanced facial massage therapies, continually refining her hands-on skills and clinical understanding. Her approach combines precise, effective bodywork with compassionate listening and a genuine desire to help clients create lasting change.
Whether you are seeking relief from chronic tension and pain, or looking to expand your professional skills through Kinetic Chain Release™ (KCR), training or working with her offers a warm, supportive, and highly skilled experience rooted in genuine care and transformational bodywork.
