Nick’s journey into Kinetic Chain Release™ (KCR) began unexpectedly at a local body and spirit fayre in the UK, where a simple taster session would go on to completely transform the direction of his life. Having recently retired after a successful 27-year career as a Logistics Manager at the world-famous Lea & Perrins factory in Worcester, Nick instantly recognised that KCR was something truly special. What began as curiosity quickly became a deep passion to learn, grow, and help others through this remarkable method.
Initially training in Kinetic Chain Release™ (KCR) simply to support friends and family, Nick soon witnessed firsthand the profound changes that can occur when the body is brought back into balance. Inspired by these experiences, he continued his studies through the KCR Academy pathway, going on to qualify in Connective Tissue Release (CTR) and advanced Postural Energetics™.
Today, Nick is proud to teach Kinetic Chain Release™ (KCR), welcoming complete beginners as well as experienced bodywork professionals looking to enhance their existing skills. Known for his warm, approachable nature and genuine enthusiasm, Nick is passionate about helping students discover a technique that not only supports others physically, but can also open the door to a completely new and rewarding chapter in life — just as it did for him.
