KCR Practitioner & Trainer

Aishwarya Lakshmi Joshi

Aishwarya combines a strong clinical healthcare background with a genuine passion for helping people improve their health and wellbeing. A qualified and registered Optometrist, she graduated from City, University of London in 2021 and has since worked across a variety of NHS, independent and locum practice settings, diagnosing and managing a wide range of eye conditions while providing compassionate, patient-centred care.

Alongside her career in optometry, Aishwarya has continued to expand her knowledge of complementary therapies. She holds qualifications in Sports Massage, Aromatherapy and Beauty Therapy, giving her a broad understanding of the body and the many ways in which hands-on therapies can support health, movement and recovery.

Aishwarya was drawn to Kinetic Chain Release™ (KCR) because of its unique combination of scientific thinking, logical assessment and remarkably simple approach. She was inspired by how quickly the protocol can help restore balance throughout the body and how effective it can be in supporting clients experiencing pain, restriction and postural imbalance. For her, KCR bridges the gap between clinical reasoning and practical hands-on therapy in a way that is both accessible and highly effective.

As a certified Kinetic Chain Release™ (KCR) Practitioner and Teacher, Aishwarya enjoys helping students understand not only how the protocol works, but why it works. Her calm, supportive teaching style, combined with her clinical attention to detail, helps students develop confidence as they learn a protocol that is both easy to apply and capable of producing impressive results.

Outside of her professional life, Aishwarya has a lifelong love of Kathak, the classical dance tradition of Northern India. She has performed in numerous showcases and continues to enjoy exploring movement through both classical and contemporary dance styles, bringing the same discipline, balance and appreciation of movement that underpin her work as a healthcare professional and KCR teacher.
